Fall HS Off Season Training
Off Season Training is crucial for your athletes to help prevent non-contact injuries, move safely, and become a better athlete on and off the playing field.
Training sessions will start Tuesday August 18th
Training will be on Tuesday and Thursday Mornings from 6:45AM to 7:45AM.
There is a Fee of $120 for the fall season. This is payable to the CPA Athletic Office
Training sessions will entail a structured program such as:
- Range of motion work
- Warm Ups incorporating Speed and Agility mechanics
Speed/Agility/Plyometric/Reaction/etc. based drills
- Weight lifting program based on progressions to ensure safety and proper technique, and to help develop fundamental movement patterns and strength/stability
- Stretching/form rolling to build in some tissue regeneration to help those bodies recover
The only way your athlete can lose, is by not becoming apart of this program!

Fall Youth Camps
Youth Training is crucial for your children/athletes to help prevent non-contact injuries, move safely, remain healthy, and become a better athlete on and off the playing field.
Training sessions will entail a structured program such as:
- Range of motion work
- Warm Ups incorporating Speed and Agility mechanics
Speed/Agility/Plyometric/Reaction/etc. based drills
- Core work to help develop fundamental movement patterns and strength/stability
- Stretching/form rolling to build in some tissue regeneration to help those bodies recover
Sessions will be held on Tuesday's and Thursday's from from 5:30-6:30 P.M.
The first week of sessions will start on Tuesday, September 1st and Thursday, September 3rd.
